About Me

My Approach

I am trained in the transpersonal/psychodynamic approach. Transpersonal therapy says that all of life is made up of 4 general areas: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Touch one part and you affect all the other parts. As a transpersonal therapist I am here to empower help you make the changes that will fit your life and work for you.

I am here for you – to attune to your needs, and hear your story in a safe and confidential setting. Together we will search for, and travel the path towards your healing.
